The quality of repair was exceptional. Unfortunately, Fast Fix did not keep there committed date of repair and did not bother notifying us of the schedule slip. We made a special trip to Lakeline Mall and that was when we were informed. Very unprofessional! We are the customer and should have been notified. Fast Fix isn't doing us a favor hoping we wouldn't notice. Treat your customer as if they are keeping your business open.

Fast Fix is the best place to have work done on your jewelry. The are knowledgeable,, friendly, professional and very reasonable. The work is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them

This is an awesome place! I walked in to get my earrings cleaned and turns out it was completely free! Not to mention my earrings look brand new and super beautiful! The lady who cleaned them for me did such an amazing job and I’m really thankful to find this place because I didn’t have to pay for my cleaning! Five stars indeed!

Would highly recommend Fast-Fix. So good, great prices, and they were quick with the process. It was communicated with me properly that my necklace required special care and that they would let me know as soon as it was ready, and they did just that.
