The customer service was so great! I took in a pair of sunglasses and a necklace for repair. The lenses on the sunglasses were damaged and the ladies replaced the glasses with a brand new pair! The necklace was fixed beautifully as well. Highly recommend!!

I had two pairs of gold earrings that each needed a tiny little closing clasp and for the serpentine gold necklace a tiny little closing clasp also. I didn't expect to pay $237.99. This was completed right in front of me. Beautifully cleaned. But if it's Gold expect to pay accordingly.

Not only did they have a wide range of watch bands to fix my watches, but I also discovered that the jewelry and other fine items they offer for sale are beautiful and of the highest quality. The jewelery attendant named Lisa was friendly, professional and handled my situation quickly, while I was still in the store. 5 stars for Fast-Fix!!
