My husband and I went to Fast-Fix Jewelry at Lakeline Mall and Sarah had assisted us. She was so very kind, polite, informative and patient with us. We had to run back to our car to get our wallet. During that time she not only kept what we wanted to purchase from Fast-Fiz off to the side, but also held other merchandise we had and kept it safely behind the counter. Customer service now and day's is hard to find. Sarah did perfectly today! She will be transferring to Barton Creek Mall's location after the month. I highly suggest anyone ask for her assistance.

Just got back from visiting Lakeline Mall and stopped by the Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair store browsing for new watches. Although my favorite color was not in stock, they had an impressive selection of nice, casual and business watches. If I needed a battery replaced, I would go here and get this done quickly while continue to shop.

I went to this place after I was told by a couple jewelers that they couldn't size my ring cuz of the way the diamonds are set on the band. Much less having to go down 3 sizes. But I took it here and they were wonderful. They did a fantastic job. I'm not sure what pricing should be for resizing but I didn't think what they did charge me was unreasonable at all. They were exceptionally nice and professional. I highly recommend
